My wife and I have utilized the services of Sayler WaterCare (“Sayler”) For a period of decades, at our prior home owning the whole house, soft water, equipment, and utilizing Sayler for any necessary service, regular and periodic inspections, any necessary adjustments, replacement of any parts (which I cannot recall ever being necessary), delivery of salt, etc. At our current home which was purchased by us new in 2001, we elected to lease from Sayler our water softener and osmosis system for the kitchen. Our relationship goes back at least 30 years. Over the decades, I Cannon will affirm that we have NEVER Had any problems, concerns, or other negative incidents regarding Sayler. Their equipment has been “top shelf,” and most reliable, and the pricing, timelines, fairness, attention to detail, and interaction with the customer have always been of the highest level of personalization and professionalism as anyone could reasonably expect or imagine. This is a family owned, local business. From the ownership, to the administrative staff, to the delivery personnel, to the servicing technicians, they are exceptional. Whether purchasing or leasing the equipment, we thoroughly and appropriately trust their judgment. They are timely and caring. Anyone considering the purchase or leasing of soft water equipment, or requiring services to be performed on existing equipment, we could not recommend, commend or otherwise give any higher accolades. With all sincerity, before making any choice, make sure that Sayler is at the top of your list to make a telephone call or email contact with Sayler. I am certain you will not be sorry!!! Yes, we are a very pleased and happy customer as you can tell from this review and our long term relationship with the entity and its staff.

This is an amazing company, when you first call and speak with Rose, she would go above and beyond trying to take care of your needs, she sets reasonable expectations to follow up with you with realistic time frame; as well as the service they provide very knowledgeable technicians that will keep you informed all step of way.

Rose was very helpful, I was able to send pictures of our system that came with the home we purchased and we knew nothing about it. Scheduled a service call as our salt tank is empty. And to discuss possibly newer options in the long run.

We live in Mainlands off US19 (Pinellas Park) and have used them for over 2 years. They are all so nice and responsive! We speak with Jane & Rose mostly who are just WONDERFUL. We just had Eric out for general service on our RO system… he is GREAT! Alan of Sayler's… you are very lucky to have such a crew that represent your business. Thanks to you ALL! Sayler’s Suncoast Water truly saved me after several dangerous and expensive situations with other companies. My RO system stopped working after 1½ years. The company that installed it gave me no warranty, no support, and told me it needed no maintenance for two years. That was not true. Before calling Sayler, a local plumber who claimed specialize in water systems pushed air into my RO tank with a bicycle pump, charged me a very high bill, and the RO still did not work. Then the original Puronics company delivered salt, but the technician sprinkled the “resup” incorrectly on top of the new salt bags, told me not to mention it to the company, and afterward my water tasted terrible and **fumes were coming from every faucet and toilet**. I was getting sick and could not drink the water. When I finally called Sayler’s Suncoast Water, everything changed. Andrell came to my home, checked the RO, replaced the cartridges, and got it working immediately. He inspected my Puronics softener, emptied the tank, cleaned it thoroughly, washed it out, added new salt correctly, and stayed until the full cycle finished. He made sure both the RO and softener water were safe to drink before he left. He spent over three hours fixing the damage caused by the other companies, and the bill was extremely reasonable. A Sayler team member even followed up afterward to double‑check the RO valve. I later learned my Puronics warranty had expired years ago, so I officially switched to Sayler for all my salt deliveries, filters, and future service. They earned my trust completely. I highly recommend Sayler’s Suncoast Water for honest, thorough, and reliable service, they truly care about his customers. –

So grateful to find Saylers services today! It was quick and easy to sign up for salt delivery/filling every 16 weeks, they even do autopay. The price was very reasonable, only a few bucks more than home depot/lowes, plus they fill it and check out the tank each time. Love to give to local companies instead of big box stores. Thanks for making my life easier Sayler! Looking forward to having it delivered and filled for me :)

We recently moved into a house that had a Sayler's water softener that hadn't been used by the previous owner for years. Sayler's was at our house within a few days to get it up and running and install a whole house filter. Great service – definitely recommend!

My dad has an account and he is very pleased with their delivery of salt; and the fact that they also pure it in and service it at a reasonable price. Rose, the customer service representative I spoke with has excellent skills. She professionally, pulled my dad's file, confirmed I reached the correct party. She proceeded to create an account profile for me and set an appointment date for a service call and a delivery date. Also, she explained that at each delivery their tech would inspect my water softener device; staying proactive to making sure your device health is functioning properly. My first point of contact with this company was a positive one and I would recommend them for certain; especially knowingly how satisfied my dad has been with them over the past year. We had Andrell service our water softener which was not functioning for several weeks. He immediately diagnosed the problem, installed new parts, cleaned the salt reservoir and tested the water. I was very happy with the technical service provided by Sayler Suncoast Water for my Hague WaterMax. The technician Andrell was great. Andrell gave me a call with expected time of arrival, was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. The WaterMax works perfectly now. I highly recommend Sayler Suncoast Water.

I purchased the Hague water max water softener in May of this year and am very satisfied. I had some issues with a service fee but the owner reached out and addressed the issue so I've updated this review back to 5 stars. I'll continue to rely on Saylers for my water softeners and drinking systems in the future!

Wow…Great customer service! Decided to set up autopay and when I attempted to bring up the website with what I thought was my current username and password, it didn't work. Called the office after hours and left a message. First thing this morning I got a call from Rose and she not only set up autopay for me, but helped me fix my problem with accessing the website. Rose fixed my problem and my attitude this morning and turned an ordeal into a pleasurable experience.

Very dependable. Qualified technicians who are always on time. We have used Sayler for almost a decade and would recommend to anyone who wants great customer service. Fast forward 2 years and they just replaced a reverse osmosis water purification system that was over 11 years old. Extremely professional in assisting in the selection of a new system and demonstrated technical knowledge and expertise in the installation. I would recommend them strongly.

I've had a Hague water max water conditioner previously to having Sayler's install a new one. I loved the quality of the water it put out but the previous company did a bad install and consequently it failed after 3 years. This was a disappointment as these systems should last around 20 years. After having Alan come out to my house to see if he could fix the problem, we decided that the best course of action would be to replace the water max conditioner. I was told that it might be a couple of months before I could get fit into the schedule but to my surprise I got fit in in just 2 weeks. The team that Sayler's sent out were awesome. I got phone calls reminding me of the appointment and a final call telling me they were on the way. the 2 guys that showed up didn't waste any time getting to work and removed my old system and installed the new one in a short amount of time with no breaks even though it got quite warm. The installers paid close attention to the small details and made sure that I was happy throughout the process. the explanations of how to take care of the new system and how it worked were complete along with the few questions that I had. I highly recommend this local family-owned company as they care about their customers, and I will definitely be using them for the maintenance and any repairs that are needed in the future
