About Sayler's Suncoast Water
Our business was originally founded in 1947 in St. Petersburg, Florida as a ServiSoft Water Dealer.
Alan Sayler bought the business in 1977 and changed the name to Sayler’s Suncoast Water. Since 1977, Alan has slowly built the company to one serving over 3,500 local Pinellas County, greater Tampa Bay residents and businesses. That growth has been based on a simple philosophy- provide quality products at a fair price and take care of the customer for the long haul. A lot of competitors have come and go during that time, but we have stood the test of time.
17 years ago, we relocated our office to 3851 62nd Ave N., Pinellas Park for a more centralized location for our customers. You are welcome to stop by and meet Alan, or Jane our Office Manager, and the rest of our friendly staff.
Alan Sayler grew up in St. Petersburg, FL. His father was a long time Florida State Senator. Alan graduated from GA Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He also has a passion for small business and the water treatment industry. His experience includes:

Wow...Great customer service! Decided to set up autopay and when I...attempted to bring up the website with what I thought was my current username and password, it didn't work. Called the office after hours and left a message. First thing this morning I got a call from Rose and she not only set up autopay for me, but helped me fix my problem with accessing the website. I've had a Hague water max water conditioner previously to having Sayler's...install a new one. I loved the quality of the water it put out but the previous company did a bad install and consequently it failed after 3 years. This was a disappointment as these systems should last around 20 years. After having Alan come out to my house to see if he could fix the problem, we decided that the best course of action would be to replace the water max conditioner. I was told that it might be a couple of months before I could get fit into the schedule but to my surprise I got fit in in just 2 weeks. The team that Sayler's sent out were awesome. I got phone calls reminding me of the appointment and a final call telling me they were on the way. the 2 guys that showed up didn't waste any time getting to work and removed my old system and installed the new one in a short amount of time with no breaks even though it got quite warm. The installers paid close attention to the small details and made sure that I was happy throughout the process. the explanations of how to take care of the new system and how it worked were complete along with the few questions that I had. I highly recommend this local family-owned company as they care about their customers, and I will definitely be using them for the maintenance and any repairs that are needed in the futureread more
